1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) define the rights and obligations of LumiMakr and its customers regarding the sale of software solutions and related services available on the website www.lumimakr.com.
By placing an order on our website, the customer fully accepts these Terms, to the exclusion of any other document.
2. Free Trial Version
A fully functional free trial version of LumiMakr software is available on our website, allowing you to verify that the product meets your needs before making a purchase.
We strongly encourage you to test this version before buying, as no refund will be issued for any software that has been downloaded, installed, or activated.
3. Purchase and Billing
Software licenses and subscriptions can be purchased exclusively online via our website or through authorized partners.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. An invoice is automatically sent to you by email once payment has been confirmed.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content provided on a non-tangible medium once its execution has begun with the consumer’s prior consent (for example, when the software is downloaded or activated).
However, LumiMakr offers a commercial goodwill refund period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the software has not been downloaded, installed, or activated.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

The product must not have been activated or used in any way.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
5. Refund Procedure

Once your request is received and reviewed, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

6. Exchanges and Technical Support
Exchanges are only possible in the event of a confirmed technical defect that prevents the software from functioning properly.

If a replacement is deemed necessary, a new download link or license key will be provided at no additional cost.
7. Promotional Items and Gifts

Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

If your product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the product may be issued at LumiMakr’s discretion.
8. Liability
LumiMakr shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the software or incompatibility with the customer’s system environment.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the software meets their technical and operational needs before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the LumiMakr website including software, text, graphics, logos, and user interfaces are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute and if no amicable solution is found, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of LumiMakr’s registered office.
